    • If the client wants us to train their employees and the regulator wants to know the employees have been trained then it benefits both the employee and the employer for these records to be maintained.

How long we keep information

We retain information on training and engagements relating to Financial Entities for no longer than statute of limitations to ensure this data can be used in support of a clients approach.
Where a client requests we will delete such information following the termination of the engagement and contract completion.
Client query data is deleted three months from the last contact from the potential client.
